1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SparkleClean website ("Site") or our cleaning services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

2. Services

SparkleClean provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services at any time without notice.

2.1 Service Scheduling

Cleaning services must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability. You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment as specified in our Cancellation Policy.

2.2 Service Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises to be cleaned. This includes ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled time, providing any necessary entry codes or keys, and securing any pets that might interfere with the cleaning process.

2.3 Service Standards

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

3. Payments

By using our Services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your service plan. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

3.1 Pricing

Service prices are as listed on our website or as quoted to you directly. Prices are subject to change, but we will provide notice of any price changes before they affect your recurring services.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge that method for all fees related to your service.

3.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension and may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to use collection services to recover unpaid balances.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4.1 No-Shows

If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the premises, a "no-show" fee equal to the full service cost may be charged.

4.2 Recurring Service Cancellation

Recurring service agreements can be canceled with 7 days' notice. Any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

5. Damage Policy

Our team takes great care to prevent damage while cleaning. However, in the rare event that damage occurs during the cleaning process, please report it within 24 hours of service completion.

5.1 Damage Claims

Damage claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. We reserve the right to inspect any reported damage before processing a claim.

5.2 Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Damage due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose tiles, faulty fixtures)
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage to items that require specialized cleaning methods not included in our standard services
• Damages not reported within 24 hours of service completion

6. Website Use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on our site.

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SparkleClean or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

6.2 User Content

If you submit any content to our website (such as reviews or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content.

7. Limitation of Liability

SparkleClean, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services or website.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SparkleClean, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
